Most of our prices include shipping unless stated otherwise. For orders outside the continental US, we will charge shipping after the order is placed, but prior to shipment.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Our refund and returns policy varies depending on the manufacture of the products purchased. We use manufacture warranty to provide you with the best possible warranty solution.
If you qualify for refund, return or replacement, you should expect to receive your refund, return or replacement within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
Please note that due to PayPal’s policy of not refunding fees, we will NOT be refunding PayPal fees in situations where you cancel an order because you made a mistake, don’t want it anymore, ordered a pre-order but changed your mind, etc. Situations in which it’s OUR fault we will take responsibility for and you will be refunded PayPal fees.
